Bedrooms

This house has 5 total bedrooms and can sleep 17+. 3 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms which make it a perfect home for multiple families to use. No fighting over a Master Suite in this house! All the king/queen beds have memory foam mattresses. Every bedroom has flat screen TVs and walk in closets.

Bedroom #1

Located on the main level, this bedroom has a king size mattress and private bath with walk-in shower. One walk-in closet and a great view of the Santa Rosa Sound round out this bedroom.

Bedroom #2

Also located on the main level, this is the Grand Master Suite. This room includes a king size bed, private deck access, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity, stand up shower, and separate soaker tub.

Bedroom #3

Located upstairs, this bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 walk-in closets, private bath, and private balcony. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The private balcony has a great view of the canal and Gulf of Mexico.

Bedroom #4

Also located upstairs, this bedroom includes a king size bed, massive walk-in closet, and private balcony. The balcony has a view of the Santa Rosa Sound including some amazing sunsets. This bedroom shares the upstairs hall bath with bedroom #5.

Bedroom #5

The last room upstairs is a perfect room for the kids or single sleepers. It has 3 bunk beds along with 2 trundles. Kids love slumber parties and will love sharing this room! For safety reasons, this room does not have a balcony (nor can the window be opened) so you can rest easy knowing your little ones are safe.

Living Room

A pull out sofa is located in the living room on the main floor. This can sleep additional guests.
